Hello everyone and welcome from a small town in Alabama! My name is Sheena (duh!!!) and I am so glad to meet you. I always hate writing a bio about myself, but I guess someone wants to read it.
I am 35 years old and live in a small town in Alabama with my husband and four children. After our youngest was born I went from working outside the home mom to a working at home mom. I spend my days homeschooling my children, playing with our animals and growing closer to God.
I have always been crafty and over the years my crafting taught have grown from sewing to tatting to scrapbooking to crocheting to quilting to bible journaling.
I grew up with a mother who had schizophrenia. She lived 54 long hard years fighting her mental illness before she went to be with the Lord. About six months before my mother passed away I was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and now I am living my life to bring awareness to mental illness and help those with mental illnesses.
I am studying Biblical and Theological Studies with a minor in Psychology from Regent University and writing my first book called, “I Never Wanted to be Like Her“.
