I can’t believe its been over a month since I last wrote. I can honestly say January was the hardest month of my life ever! I know we all say that from time to time, but I can tell you I absolutely hit rock bottom. But God is in control and I know he is molding me and my life into what he wants it to be, that is why today I want to talk about where I have been and where I am going.
Over the upcoming weeks, months and years I plan to share more and more with you about where I have been, however, God is molding that story and its not one he is ready for me to share yet. I would like to ask you to please keep me in your prayers as I have learned that God is totally remolding me into the woman he wants me to be and I know its going to be an amazing transformation.
So lets talk about where I am going. Well, don’t worry I am not leaving you. But I am slightly changing my focus some.
You may have noticed I did not do a Verse-A-Day challenge for the month of February. I am sorry to those of you who are missing it. However, you can go back and see last years challenge or any of my previous challenges you may have missed. I am hoping to have a page up soon to show each challenge based on topic. Please keep an eye out for it and I will make sure to share in my newsletter as soon as I have it up. I am planning to restart with the Verse-A-Day challenge in March so it will be back and my goal is the focus on topics we have not discussed yet.
I have decided I am going to do a lot less reviews. I do have a few I need to finish up, but after that you will see a lot less. I am still going to do Bible reviews and flip throughs because I know everyone likes to see those and they are so helpful for the future as well. But I want the reviews I do to be a lot more focused on what I am going through and focusing on at the time. As I mentioned before I am going through a very hard season in life.
During this time I am going to have to slow down and really focus on what God is telling me. Which leads to where I am going, I am going deeper into Bible study. You are going to see more Bible studies from me like you have seen in the past. I do hope to incorporate some art journaling into some of my studies, but notes and doodling is also a part of Bible journaling. I feel like God is really leading me to remind everyone that Bible journaling is about digging deeper into the Word and spending more time with God.
I hope you will all stay with me through this season of life and keep me in your prayers.
