Some of you may or may not know this, but this summer health issues have been a battle for me. I was diagnosed with hives and put on a large amount of medicine for it. After this my health issues got even worse. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and put on medication for it. I had multiple test done about some stomach issues that we are still working to resolve. Finally I was dealing with panic attacks almost daily. I can happily say the panic attacks are mostly under control now. Due to all my health issues I must say I was super excited to see “Living Fit” by Ronnie Floyd be available for review.
Ronnie breaks the book into five really good sections that include spiritually, physically, relationally, financially and emotionally. Physically and emotionally were two areas that I really needed help with and I truly enjoyed the way Ronnie laid out the details of helping you. This book is not like your normal “self-help” books. Ronnie Floyd really focuses on making sure you are focusing on your walk with Jesus and healing first with Jesus. In each section of the book the author points back to healing your body with the Holy Spirit. I would definitely recommend this book to my friends.
